Comprehensive eye exams evaluate all aspects of your vision and eye health.
The comprehensive eye exam tests your vision in a variety of ways, and assesses your eyes externally and internally for any signs of eye disease. The American Optometric Association recommends an eye exam at least every two years if you are not having any problems, do not have any risk factors, and are between the ages of 18-64. After the age of 65, or if you have been diagnosed with any medical conditions, you should schedule a comprehensive exam annually or as recommended by your eye doctor.
